A request is not an order
Send your request to continue to the bottle deposit step in this window. Square handles payment separately; submitting this form is not proof of payment. Your request is subject to review. The exact pickup address will be provided by email on pickup day.
Confirmation
Every request is reviewed. Availability and pickup are subject to confirmation, and a request can be confirmed, waitlisted or declined. If any price, quantity or pickup date differs from what you asked for, you'll be asked to accept it before anything is confirmed.
Prices and payment
A single $1 deposit covers your order request, credited toward the final price and refundable on cancellation. Eligible bottle deposits use a separate Square checkout step; candle and mixed-product checkout is not available through the bottle link. The deposit stays $1 regardless of item count. For example, 3 bottles require one $1 deposit for the whole request. A paid deposit is credited toward the final price and refundable on cancellation without a processing-fee deduction. Existing requests retain the deposit terms agreed to when submitted. Save your request first, then review the bottle deposit step. Square checkout is offered only when eligible and its pickup settings are ready. Payment confirmation is not synced to this website; a submitted request or a visit to Square is not proof of payment. Unknown candle prices remain unknown until confirmed; a displayed deposit amount is not a full-price sale or money already paid.
Request limits
Up to four bottles per email per pickup batch, four candles total per email per production round, and separately three bath bombs across scents per email per round, including repeat requests. Email matching ignores surrounding spaces and letter case; this is not a household limit. While payment setup is pending, non-cancelled unpaid requests count toward request limits only. Pickup does not reset the limit. Cancelled quantities are released. Undated future-batch bottle requests share one group until assigned a batch. A new candle round has a new limit; old requests keep their original round.
Bath bombs have a separate limit of 3 per normalized email per production round across all scents. The bottle and candle limits remain 4 each. Bath bomb production needs 20 eligible deposit-backed units across scents; unpaid interest does not meet that minimum.
Refund setup
Website payment verification and refund processing are not connected. Visiting a payment page or returning from it is not proof of payment. If you have paid outside this site, contact the owner; cancellation alone does not initiate or prove a refund.
Product prices are per item; one $1 deposit covers your whole request. A paid deposit is credited toward the final price. Any applicable tax is provided with your final order details.
Pickup
Local pickup in Syracuse, Utah only. There is no shipping or delivery.
Changes and cancellation
You can request a change or cancel through your private order link. Changes to a confirmed order are reviewed first.
