Next batch

Cowboy Leche is made a few bottles at a time for local pickup in Syracuse, Utah.

Regular pickup hours: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday · 3 PM–10 PM Mountain Time
Regular hours do not establish a production date. Only real confirmed open batches before their request deadline can be selected.

A plan, not a stock count

Per-product dated goals help me plan what to make. Unpaid requests are separate from verified demand, and additional requests are welcome above a goal. Neither a request nor a reached goal guarantees production or pickup. I'll confirm the details by email.

No date that suits you?

Choose "Request interest" for any product. This is unscheduled, unpaid interest, with no guaranteed production or pickup. I'll email you when a date is planned.

Our story

Ever had a cup of horchata so good you wished you could take a whole bottle home? That's how Cowboy Leche started.

I wanted the kind I'd be happy to find in my own fridge: creamy, with just the right vanilla and a little cinnamon. Sweet, smooth, and best poured over ice. I'm starting small, making something I enjoy, and seeing whether other people love the same thing I do.

That's Cowboy Leche.

What that means right now

It means small batches and local pickup in Syracuse, Utah. It means you send a request instead of checking out, and I write back to confirm. And it means the flavor is one I'm still dialing in, so the first bottles are the start of something, not the finished chapter.
