What I collect
When you send an order request I collect your name, email address, requested items, pickup choice and, if provided, a phone number and pickup note. I don't collect a home address, birthday or card details. The owner can keep internal customer notes and record pickup-payment amounts, methods and receipt references. Eligible bottle deposits are handled separately by Square when checkout is enabled. Square processes your payment details; payment confirmation is not synced to this website.
What I use it for
I use these records to review requests, arrange pickup, track recorded sales and enforce email-based request limits. Emails are grouped after trimming spaces and ignoring letter case; this does not identify households. Order emails are sent through an email delivery service, which receives your email address and the message so it can deliver it.
Who can see it
Your contact details and request records are available only to the owner through a password-protected admin area. Separately consented coarse activity is described below. Your private order link shows your order to anyone who has the link, so please don't forward it. Links expire and can be turned off.
Marketing
You only get news and future-batch announcements if you tick the separate, optional box on the request form. Order emails are sent either way because they're needed to handle your request.
Optional city and public activity
City is optional and never asks for your address. Public activity requires a separate checkbox, off by default and independent of marketing. If you agree, notices use only coarse product types and city, if provided, with approximate recency. They never show your name, email, phone, exact items, quantities, pickup details or private link. These are real unpaid requests, not confirmed orders or sales.
Withdraw activity consent at any time through your private order link. This removes your request from future public activity without cancelling it. A notice already seen cannot be unseen. Browsing reminders do not represent customer activity or purchases.
Tracking
This site uses no advertising trackers. It sets a short-lived confirmation cookie after you send a request, so the confirmation page can show it to you.
Optional browsing notifications
Notifications are off until you allow the preference cookie and local storage below. The first-party cl_notifications cookie remembers your choice and recognizes this browser for 30 days. Related local storage keeps only visit timing, reminder codes and display times to prevent repeats; it expires after 30 days. It contains no customer identity, order details or advertising identifier and is not sent to an analytics service.
First visits have reminders after 45 seconds, 5 minutes and 20 minutes of visible browsing. Returning visits use 5, 10 and 20 minutes, with different reminders. Hidden tabs pause the clock; tabs share progress. A visit ends after 30 minutes without visible browsing. There are at most three notices per visit and per rolling 24 hours. Reminders link to drinks, ingredients and pickup information, not claims of purchases.
Turn notifications off here or on any notice. Turning them off remembers that choice for 30 days. Clear the preference below to remove the cookie and related local storage; reminders stay off until you allow them again. You can also clear this site's cookies and storage in your browser. Clearing data, private browsing or another browser or device may reset recognition—we recognize a browser, not a person across devices. If storage or safe tab coordination is unavailable, reminders stay off.
Keeping and deleting
I keep order details for as long as they're needed to handle your order and keep basic business records. You can ask for your details to be corrected or deleted by replying to any order email.
